National security company Vistronix has completed the acquisition of Technology Associates International Corporation. Enlightenment Capital, an aerospace, defense & government-focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, provided financing for the transaction and will be a strategic partner going forward. SunTrust Bank's technology & government division also provided financing for the acquisition. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Vistronix, LLC, a leading mid-tier national security company, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Technology Associates International Corporation, based in Stafford, VA. Enlightenment Capital, an aerospace, defense & government focused investment firm based in the Washington, DC area, provided financing for the transaction and will be a strategic partner going forward. SunTrust Bank's Technology & Government Division also provided financing for the acquisition. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Technology Associates provides information technology support services to the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Strategic Command. The company develops highly specialized geospatial and data visualization software applications and systems, as well as builds and operates command and control centers.
For more than 20 years, Vistronix has delivered innovative, enterprise-wide solutions nationwide for the federal government and commercial customers. The Reston-based company specializes in enterprise application integration (geospatial decision support systems), systems engineering (IV&V), IT service management and information management solutions and services.
